DWC Returns to Virtual Hearings Immediately

The Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) announced that effective tomorrow, January 12, 2022, all hearings would return to a virtual setting.  Prior to this update, all trials, expedited hearings, lien trials and SAU trials were scheduled to be heard in-person. However, effective tomorrow, all parties are directed to call-in at the current scheduled time to the judges’ assigned conference line and not appear in person.

Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 infections, the DWC is taking this precautionary measure and will re-evaluate the need to continue this pause at the end of January.  It should be noted however, that all District Offices will remain open.
