I'm sure many are understanding when thinking about "Pandemic Fatigue". That burnout that is coming from an entire year of social distancing, working from home, and limited interaction. I think it is interesting to ponder on whether we might see a rise in psyche claims, especially on those who having been working from home the past year. The mixing of home and work already adds a complexity to those physical injuries that might happen when working form home, and undoubtedly would add a complex layer to potential psyche claims.
“Pandemic fatigue is very real and has been for a number of months, both in the workplace and outside of it,” said John Dony, Itasca, Illinois-based senior director of thought leadership at the National Safety Council.
